Overview
The backups system we offer to our web hosting customers is one of the most powerful features of our hosting plans. This article will explain its usage.

An automatic backup is taken of every file, email, and SQL database in your account every day. You can access each backup for up to 15 days.

Procedure
1. To get started, click the "Bacula4" icon inside cPanel. It is under the "Files" tab (pictured below).

2. Once you've entered the Bacula4 interface, you can select a number of options. The interface looks like this:

Section 1: This area allows you to select a date range for the backups you'd like to work with. This is useful for isolating files from a particular time period.
Section 2: Here you can select if you want to work with files, email, or MySQL databases.
Section 3: You can select the specific backup you'd like to restore or download by date here.
Section 4: Here, you can select the content you'd like to restore or download. If you check the top level (root) box on this, all content will be selected (in the picture, we've selected the public_html directory, which is the location website data will be stored). This area will differ if you'd selected email or a MySQL database, but the same concept applies.
Section C: You can decide if you'd like to restore or download the data here. Restoring it will put the selected data back on the server. If you have selected "Download", you'll also have the option to receive the data in a .ZIP or a .TGZ file. In most cases, .ZIP will be best.

3. Once you've selected your options, click "Submit" and you're all set! Depending on the size of the content you are downloading or restoring, it is normal for the backups system to take several minutes or more to complete its task.
