Overview
In this article, we cover how to solve the unactivated error in the 717. This error usually happens upon attempting to launch the 717 in a simulator.
Instructions
- Ensure that you have not reached the activation limit for the 717. Reset the activations if necessary.
- Navigate to %localappdata%\TFDi Design Addon Manager and delete install.key located in the directory previously mentioned.
- Uninstall the 717 via the platform it is installed on. After this, close the application, re-open it and attempt a reinstallation of the aircraft.
If the error message still appears, please try these steps:
- Navigate to %localappdata% and delete the entire folder, "TFDi Design Addon Manager" located in the directory previously mentioned. Uninstall the 717 via the Addon Manager then restart the program and reinstall the 717.
