With one of our largest expected releases now out the door, we’ve been analyzing how we can improve our services and support for customers across all our products. As such, we have found an unexpected portion of support time dedicated to helping hosting customers deal with customer site-specific issues and problems.
We found ourselves accessing our clients’ hosting environments to resolve issues far outside our responsibility. As such, we want to inform our customers of the expectations for hosting support from the 21st of August 2024 onwards.
Our hosting has always been unmanaged. This means our customers are responsible for managing their own hosting environment, including file management, configurations, and performance management beyond when we install phpVMS for you. We will continue to help with and resolve any issues with our servers and services.
