Overview
You are not able to recover a flight using smartCARS Premium, despite having the feature enabled.
Instructions
Step 1
Log out and log back into smartCARS Premium and try again. If this step does not work, try step 2.
Step 2
Clear all your files from %temp%. It is generally safe to delete them all as they are temporary files. Some files may say they're in use and do not allow delete - these files can be ignored.
Once the files are cleared, restart smartCARS and try again.
If step 2 does not resolve the issue, please open up a ticket.
